The Coach House can sleep 4 very comfortably with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom upstairs occupies the same floor area as the sitting room and has a super king-size bed which can be converted into two singles and has a bathroom with bath (large), basin and lavatory.

Additional sleeping accommodation can be arranged by using the couch in sitting room which converts into a single bed - ideal for extra child or visiting adult and/or the sofa in the sitting room will also pull out to a double bed.

The twin bedded bedroom downstairs has level access and has a bathroom with power shower, basin and lavatory.

All linen is provided and included in the rental fee.

We have attempted to keep the Coach House simple yet pretty, functional and reasonably sophisticated, but not over decorated.

The sitting room occupies the main body of the building and has a t.v. plus a wood burning stove with wood supplied. There is a night store heater downstairs, and electric radiators in every room with control panels - also a fan heater. Both of the bathrooms have heated towel-rails.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for self catering. there is a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/ freezer, oven and microwave. A variety of utensils is available and tableware enough for eight settings ~ to include your guests.
