Availability and Terms

The Coach House is available for rent on a self-catering basis. We welcome visitors for long or short stays. Changeover days are flexible; i.e. we do not only work on a Saturday to Saturday basis.

Short stay rental of the cottage is £95 per night.
3 nights £275.00

For more than 4 adults staying in The Coach House we reserve the right to charge an additional £15.00 per head per day.

Dogs are welcome but must be pre-arranged.
We charge £15.00 per week for dogs.(£3.00 per day short stay)

Booking procedure
If you would like to make a booking please contact us to discuss the dates. (see contact details on menu). If the dates available are suitable we ask for a deposit payable immediately which will confirm the booking. This is then deducted from your final bill. The outstanding balance is payable on arrival; cash or cheque we are unable to accept credit cards.

 

Cancellation policy
Unfortunately last minute cancellations are received, sometimes for very genuine and unforeseen reasons. Sadly this results in inconvenience to the guest and loss of business to us. We have therefore felt it appropriate to introduce a cancellation policy.

Deposits (a minimum of £75.00) requested to confirm a booking, are non-refundable and we reserve the right to charge the full amount should a cancellation be made at the last minute.

Group reservations are the responsibility of the individual making the booking. We strongly recommend that insurance cover is taken for reservations of any length. The cost is not great and will ensure that both you and we will have peace of mind.
